Professional Standards & Compliance
EverCrest Notary Solutions LLC performs all notarial acts in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406 and the administrative rules of the Texas Secretary of State Notary Public Unit. Each notarization follows a structured, compliance-focused process designed to ensure that documents are executed properly and in accordance with Texas law.
Professional standards include:
• Verification of signer identity using valid government-issued identification
• Confirmation that the signer personally appears before the notary at the time of notarization
• Confirmation that the signer appears willing and aware of the document being signed
• Refusal of notarization when legal requirements are not satisfied or when fraud, coercion, or lack of awareness is suspected
• Proper completion of the notarial certificate and application of the official Texas notary seal
Where appropriate, records of notarizations may be maintained in accordance with Texas Government Code §406.014 and applicable administrative rules.
Notary services are currently performed in person only. Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are not offered at this time.
