Real Estate Document Notarization

Professional notarization for real estate documents, coordinated directly with title companies, escrow officers, and real estate attorneys when signers are unable to attend the title office.

EverCrest Notary Solutions provides accurate, compliance-focused notarization for seller packages, affidavits, and property-related documents, ensuring proper execution in accordance with Texas law.

Services are performed for properly prepared documents and coordinated in accordance with title company instructions and recording requirements.

Many real estate documents must be executed and notarized correctly before they can be recorded with the county clerk. I ensure the notarial certificates are completed properly so documents can be accepted for recording.
