Additional notarizations during the same appointment are $10 each.

Seller Package — $150

Seller-side signing package with multiple documents and notarizations.

Loan Signing Package — $150

Buyer, refinance, HELOC, or loan modification package.

Reverse Mortgage — $150

Cash Deal — $100

Correction Signing — $95

Correction documents are coordinated by the title company or escrow officer.

Loan Application - $75

Estate Plan/Trust Signing- $100

Scanning Fee

Standard Scan backs -included in base fee.

All notarizations are performed in person in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406 and the rules of the Texas Secretary of State Notary Public Unit.
